How to get to AIAS (venue)

Go by the LightRail
LightRail L2 (Direction Aarhus University Hospital) leaves near the conference hotel at the Railway station, Downtown Aarhus four-six times per hour on week days. The trip takes appr. 10 minutes and you need a ticket for two zones (Use Midttraffic App (https://www.midttrafik.dk/english/tickets-and-prices/midttrafik-app/) or at the station before departure (card only) - adult: DKK 20)
Get off at Nørreport, and walk to AIAS (ca 300 m)

Go by the Bus
Bus 23 (Direction Aarhus Ø) leaves near the conference hotel in front of the Railway station, Downtown Aarhus four-six times per hour on week days. The trip takes appr. 10 minutes and you need a ticket for two zones (Use Midttraffic App (https://www.midttrafik.dk/english/tickets-and-prices/midttrafik-app/) or cash only in the bus) - adult: DKK 20)
Get off at Nørregade, and walk to AIAS (ca 400 m)

EXAMPLE: If you want to arrive at the venue at ca 09.00 Thursday, the LightRail L2 departs from Central Railway Station Aarhus at 08.45 (Central Railway Station Aarhus (150 meters from the WakeUp Conference Hotel)) and arrive at Nørreport at 08.54. Walk tro AIAS (ca 4-5 min).

Go by car

AIAS is located in the centre of Aarhus. Navigate to Aarhus University. AIAS is located in the south of the University Campus near the Dentristy School. Parking spaces are limited.  

Parking

Parking spaces limited. Payment parking spaces located at the Museum fro Natural History in Aarhus University Campus, or Downtown Aarhus. 

Venue

The CINP workshop on Wednesday 11. April will be held in the small lecture room, first floor in AIAS building.

On 12.-13. April the meeting is in the main Auditorium on th efirst floor. Exhibition area, poster session and meals are in the lunch room on groundlevel.
