For SCNP invited Speakers only
Dear Invited Speaker,
We are pleased to inform you that the expenses for your travel and stay will be covered according to the following guidelines:
- Registration fee will be waived for all invited speakers.
- Hotel accommodation will be covered for all invited speakers during the conference period, i.e. for a maximum of two days at Hotel Scandic Crown.
- Travel expenses (only tourist class) will be refunded of maximum EUR 600 against presentation of original travel documentation.
- An abstract for your presentation must be uploaded on the SCNP abstract site. See more details here.
Kindly observe that the above mentioned amount must cover also taxi and other local transport.
For Young Scientists only
Dear Young Scientist,
We are pleased to inform you that the expenses for your travel and stay will be covered according to the following guidelines:
- Registration fee will be waived for all Young Scientists.
- Hotel accommodation will be covered for all Young Scientists during the conference period, i.e. for a maximum of two days at Hotel Spargårda.
- Travel expenses (only tourist class) will be refunded of maximum EUR 200 against presentation of original travel documentation.
- An abstract for your presentation must be uploaded on the SCNP abstract site. See more details here.
