Cancellation Refund Policy

Cancelling must be in writing and sent to CIC Gruppe & Spesialreiser as.

Cancellation fee for registration is NOK 600 up to 12th March 2011.

On-and after 12th March 2011 no refund will be made.

Cancellation fee for hotel reservation is corresponding to 1 night of stay up to 15 January 2011.

After 15 January 2011 and up to 12th March 2011: 50% of total amount will be charged. After 12th March no refund can be made.

Refund claims must include name of the bank, bank adress, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC code, account number and name of the account owner for money transfers. All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
