KongresKompagniet has made preliminary hotel reservations in different categories in the city centre. Please state your preference on the registration form. In order to obtain the stated room prices, your reservation must be made through KongresKompagniet. The symposium hotels are booked on a first come, first served basis.
Payment for accommodation must be made directly to the hotel upon arrival or departure.
Al prices are per room per night incl. VAT and breakfast.
KongresKompagniet will send you a confirmation of your registration and hotel reservation upon receipt of your registration form and registration fee. Please bring along these receipts for presentation at the registration desk on your arrival.
