How to get to Moesgaard Museum (venue)

Go by the bus
City bus 18 Mejlby/Elev – Moesgård leaves near the conference hotel (Scandic) Downtown Aarhus (Hans Hartvig Seedorff Stræde) three- four times per hour on week days. The trip takes appr. 27 minutes and you need a ticket for two zones (cash only on bus - adult: DKK 20)

EXAMPLE: If you want to arrive at the venue at ca 09.30 Thursday, the bus 18 departs from Central Aarhus at 09.00 (Hans Hartvig Seedorff Stræde (150 meters from the Scandic Conference Hotel)) and arrive at Moesgaard at 09.27.

Go by car

Moesgaard Museum is located south of Aarhus in the suburb of Højbjerg. You’ll easily find the museum by taking Oddervej and then Moesgård Allé about 1 km south of Aarhus city limit.

Parking

Parking at Moesgaard Museum is unrestricted. 420 parking spaces are available in front of the museum and at the old car park. 

Bustransport for the conference dinner

There is a bus taking you from Moesgaard Museum to Smedien after the Poster Session.

Venue

The CINP workshop on Wednesday 27. April will be held in room 301 (3.floor) at Moesgaard Museum. Use the Conference entrance on the north side of the building. (where the building is tallest). Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

On 28.-29. April the meeting is in the Auditorium by the main entrance. Exhibition area, poster session and meals are on the 2nd floor. Use the stairs opposite the Auditorium.
